Starwood Hotels is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Laundry to lead a dedicated team across housekeeping and laundry services. You will partner with leadership to optimize operations, control budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to service excellence, with fluency in a second language a plus for a diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Familiarity with housekeeping systems, payroll processes, budgeting tools, and spreadsheets.
• Fluency in a second language in addition to English.

Responsabilités

• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations and oversee budget, payroll, and training.
• Supervise Housekeeping Managers and team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for room status and guest needs; ensure inspection program adherence.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff; monitor standards and safety.
