About you

Minimum of 3 years of luxury hotel experience required. Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred. Strong expertise in housekeeping operations, with demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction, team member engagement, and financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. Working knowledge of Local 6 union agreements, practices, and procedures required.
