Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years luxury hotel experience, a post-secondary diploma or degree, and strong leadership with a track record of guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance. Must be flexible for a 24-hour operation and have working knowledge of Local 6 union agreements.

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

About You...

• Minimum of 3 years of luxury hotel experience required.

Salary Range: $80k - $90k
