Qualifications

• Must read labels and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Remains calm in stressful situations and takes appropriate action.
• Able to visually assess all aspects of the facility.
• Able to distinguish smells and temperatures and respond to pages.
• Able to walk, reach, bend, lift, grasp, pull, stretch, stoop and coordinate.
• Able to lift and move furniture and items weighing about 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident rooms, bathrooms and assigned areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Maintains a clean, orderly work area and timely equipment inventory.
