Qualifications

• Proficient in reading labels and following both oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to maintain composure and take appropriate actions in high-pressure or stressful situations.
• Proficient visual assessment skills covering all facets of the facility.
• Capability to differentiate between smells and temperatures, and responsiveness to audible pages.
• Physical capabilities including walking, reaching, bending, lifting (up to approximately 40 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties in assigned areas within the facility, including resident rooms and bathrooms.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate tasks with other staff to minimize disruptions to residents and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area and department.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring and replenishing supplies.
