Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and bathrooms, managing time effectively, and supporting department operations. Prior experience in healthcare settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read labels and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure or stressful situations.
• Proficient visual assessment skills for all facility areas.
• Physical ability to walk, lift up to ~40 pounds, reach, bend, and coordinate fine motor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning in assigned areas including rooms and bathrooms according to schedules.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate tasks with other staff to minimize disruption to residents and staff.
• Maintain orderly and hygienic work areas and assist with inventory of supplies.
