Job summary

Vision Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms and corridors meet high cleanliness standards. The role may include assisting in cleaning rooms when needed and supporting a courteous, guest-focused service culture.

The supervisor will drive internal growth, uphold our ONE TEAM. ONE VISION. philosophy, and help maintain brand standards across the property. Candidates should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Must maintain safety and security of guests, fellow employees and hotel assets.
• Able to report for scheduled shifts and communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Maintain a clean, attractive work area and uniform; work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep the housekeeping staff to the highest standard of room cleanliness and ensure rooms are guest ready.
• Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public areas when needed.
• Report deficiencies and equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
• Provide friendly service to guests and associates; support other departments as needed.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and property brand standards.
