LodgeWorks, Brooklyn, NY, seeks a Housekeeping Inspector to support the housekeeping and laundry departments and manage tasks in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper. Ensure high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction while training new room attendants and providing ongoing retraining.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, inspecting rooms and public areas, coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining safety practices. Hospitality mindset and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping supervision is preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training and performance feedback.
• Inspect and ensure cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Train and schedule room attendants.
