Cristal Clear Cleaning LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping professionals, focusing on training and quality control to ensure high standards.

You will manage workflow and labor resources, handle hiring, staff training, and scheduling, and assist with cleaning per company standards, including deep cleans when needed, to keep facilities spotless and compliant.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping supervision or similar role preferred.
• Experience providing cleaning/maintenance services for organizations preferred.
• Comfortable with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Able to create schedules and manage labor resources.
• Able to lift light loads and stand for long periods.
