Qualifications

• Two or more years housekeeping experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• One or more years general customer service experience required.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training new housekeeping staff and complete training paperwork.
• Coach and counsel employees to improve performance in housekeeping.
• Develop and maintain training procedures to ensure proper execution of duties.
• Occasionally prepare work schedules to handle business levels.
• Inspect rooms daily to ensure cleanliness and conduct training sessions.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to inform about available clean rooms and report results.
