Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Support daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning occupied rooms, arrivals, deep cleaning, and special projects.
• Assist Room Attendants and monitor inventory and safety compliance.
• Submit and track maintenance work orders; communicate deficiencies to Engineering.
• Maintain accurate room status records and daily logs.
• Monitor linen, supply, and chemical inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, chemical handling, PPE, key control, and security protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service recovery needs.

• Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure compliance with AAA Four-Diamond cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards.
• Reinforce departmental standards by modeling professionalism, service excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes engagement, accountability, and performance.
• Support daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning occupied rooms, preparing arrivals, deep cleaning, and special projects.
• Assist Room Attendants in meeting productivity and quality expectations as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, cleanliness concerns, and service recovery needs, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure housekeeping areas, storage rooms, and laundry facilities are clean, organized, secure, and compliant with standards.
• Submit and track maintenance work orders; communicate deficiencies to Engineering and monitor timely completion.
• Maintain accurate room status records, including stayovers, checkouts, out-of-order rooms, and daily logs.
• Monitor linen, supply, and chemical inventory levels; ensure proper handling, storage, and participation in inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA, chemical handling, PPE usage, key control, and security protocols.
• Identify and report safety hazards or unusual activity; support emergency response procedures.
• Perform any additional job-related duties as assigned.
