Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with hospitality standards (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises room cleaners and ensures timely housekeeping of rooms.
• Inspects cleaned rooms to meet company standards and reports issues.
• Maintains records of checkouts and room statuses; coordinates with front desk and other departments.
• Provides training and direction to new department staff.
• Ensures proper handling of linen, carts and equipment post-shift.
