Job summary

Paws Up Montana is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector/Manager to lead and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all resort spaces.

Responsibilities include training staff, inspecting accommodations, and coordinating with other departments to guarantee guest-ready environments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with a focus on exceptional personalized hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality or related service environment.
  • Knowledge of world-class hospitality standards and service excellence.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Front Desk experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license with a minimum of two years of driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently uphold the core values and standards of Paws Up Montana, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth and refined professionalism.
  • Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards.
  • Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to maintain cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintain communication with other departments to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and service expectations are met.
  • Perform housekeeper duties as needed during low occupancy or staffing shortages.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests.
  • Complete all assigned daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time.
  • Support all housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

The Housekeeping Inspector provides leadership and direction to the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional guest service. The Housekeeping Manager plays a key role in maintaining all public spaces and accommodations, including the Village, Green O, and Glamping.

The Primary Functions are:

  • Inspect guest accommodations and provide ongoing training to ensure compliance with resort standards.
  • Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to maintain the resort's cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintain consistent communication with other departments to ensure accommodations are guest-ready and service expectations are met.
  • Perform housekeeper duties as needed, particularly during periods of low occupancy or reduced staffing.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours as required by the seasonal nature of the hospitality industry.
  • Provide exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while delivering personalized hospitality.
  • Complete all assigned daily housekeeping checklists accurately and on time.
  • Support all housekeeping operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members.
  • Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially.
