Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Inspector to uphold the high standards guests expect. You will oversee floor housekeeping, inspect rooms, and guide the team to maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to complete assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Availability to work weekends based on operational needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Team Members during inspection and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations on assigned floors.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are thoroughly cleaned and ready for arrivals.
• Follow and reinforce company policies and Health Department guidelines.
• Provide direction and motivation to Team Members to support service quality and productivity.
• Retrain Team Members as needed to address cleanliness issues and maintain standards.
• Complete reports and projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
