Job summary

The Global Ambassador is a luxury hotel located in Phoenix that provides guests with refined hospitality experiences. The role involves hands-on housekeeping duties in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.

We offer benefits for 25 hours per week, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within an expanding hospitality brand. This is a full-time position supporting nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Available for all shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms and stocking linen closets.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas.
• Make beds when needed.
• Replace linens, towels and guest amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, take out trash.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and hotel standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

What You’ll Do
