Job summary

The Global Ambassador, a Michelin-recognized hotel in the Phoenix area, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Associate to maintain guest rooms to exacting standards. This role supports a dynamic hospitality team in a fast-paced setting at a property that blends world-class dining and wellness experiences.

Open availability including weekends is required, with a focus on safety, detail, and high-quality guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail with guest-focused service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Stock, organize, and maintain minibar inventory and ensure refrigerators are clean and operational.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms daily, including bathrooms and living areas.
• Empty trash, refresh linens and amenities, ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely following hotel sanitation standards.
• Meet physical demands of the role including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Deliver friendly, professional service with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
