The Global Ambassador Hotel is a luxury property in Phoenix seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain pristine rooms and public areas. You will assist with linen handling, stocking supplies, and respond to guest requests, all while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Full-time position with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to guest rooms and stock linen closets.
• Dust furniture and fixtures.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Clean and sanitize hotel rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and take out trash.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and hotel standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Responsible self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working with the public
• A team player who can work within a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication skills
• This is a full-time position requiring availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
