Kona Kai San Diego Resort, a boutique urban resort on Shelter Island, is seeking a positive, hard-working Housekeeping Houseman to join our island-inspired team. You will ensure our suites and public areas are meticulously cleaned and serviced with class and style.

This entry‑level role reports to the Director of Housekeeping and offers a pay rate of 25.50 per hour, overtime at 38.25, meal provided each shift, and opportunities for career advancement within Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

Qualifications

• No prior housekeeping experience required.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 20 lbs and stand for 6+ hours.
• Excellent guest communication and flexible schedule.

We are currently seeking a positive, hard-working, self-motivated individuals to join our fantastic team as our Housekeeping Houseman at our island-inspired resort.

The Job

This role will report to: The Director of Housekeeping

As a Houseman, you will make sure that our beautiful suites and public areas are meticulously cleaned and serviced with class and style. As a member of the Housekeeping Department, you will play a big part in our heart of the house, ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.

Requirements

To be successful in the Houseman position, you do NOT need prior experience. Rather you:

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to communicate with guests and fellow team members.
• Ability to lift, push and pull a moderate weight, minimum 20+ lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6+ hours.
• Passion to serve with a purpose.
• Flexible schedule.
