Job summary

The Noble House Hotels & Resorts family invites applications for a Housekeeper role at Headlands Coastal Lodge and Spa, The Inn at Cape Kiwanda, and Hart’s Camp. Join a beachside team delivering exceptional hospitality and a casual coastal lifestyle.

Responsibilities include inspecting guestrooms for cleanliness, ensuring safety standards, and assisting with light maintenance as needed. Leadership experience is valued for coordinating shifts among team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and products is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and work cohesively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Assist with other houseperson duties as needed.
• Occasionally assist with light maintenance tasks.

A day in the life...

Inspector’s ensure that the guestrooms are cleaned and sanitized meeting the standards of cleanliness; and ready for guest accommodations while complying with safety standards / security procedures. Some time, you may be asked to assist with other duties in the houseperson duties and, on occasion, assist with light-duty maintenance work.

Requirements

You will own this if you have...

• 2 years or more of Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience
• 1 year of leadership experience
