Job summary

Four Seasons in Houston is seeking House Attendants to maintain cleanliness in public hotel areas, stock linen rooms, and assist Housekeepers. You will handle guest requests and help move heavy items as needed, contributing to a premium guest experience.

This full-time role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, independent work ability, and a customer-service mindset to uphold our luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong passion for cleaning and guest service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed, and dusted; ensure surfaces and elevators are clean and free of marks.
• Move racks of clean linen to guest room floors and stock linen storage rooms daily.
• Assist Housekeepers as needed with moving beds/furniture and hanging drapes.
• Pickup and deliver guest-request items promptly (irons, boards, cribs, roll-away beds).

About The Role

House Attendants are responsible for cleaning public areas of the hotel, stocking linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, picking up and delivering guest request items and giving assistance to Housekeepers in moving heavy objects in guest rooms. Other responsibilities include handling guest requests stocking and removing linen, linen sorting, daily exterior premises cleaning, deep cleaning and performing special projects.

What You Will Do

• Keep all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted. Make sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Keep all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas.
• Move racks of clean rooms linen to guest room floors. Stocks linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities. Empty trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.
• Assist Housekeepers as required. Help move beds and furniture, turn mattresses, remove or hang sheers and drapes.
• Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner such as irons, ironing boards, cribs and roll-away beds.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time position
• This position is generally scheduled for morning shifts but may include evening shifts as well. Weekend and holiday availability required
