Job summary

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a Laundry/Valet Attendant to process guest laundry requests, including pressing, cleaning, dry-cleaning, spot cleaning and repairs. You will handle dry cleaning machines, pressing, and garment care to meet the hotel’s standards.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering immaculate garments. Evening/weekend shifts may be required in a full-time schedule with a focus on luxury guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry cleaning machine and washers/dryers to standard.
• Process one-hour pressing for guests.
• Spot clean garments as needed.
• Utilize the tagging system for laundry and dry cleaning.
• Read clothing labels and instructions before processing items.
• Remove spots and stains from garments when possible.
• Report damaged garments to management.
• Steam, press, and touch up garments to Four Seasons standards.

About the role:

The Laundry/Valet Attendant processes all guest laundry requests, including pressing, cleaning, dry-cleaning, spot clean and repairs.

What you will do:

• O perate dry cleaning machine for processing / cleaning and washers/dryers to specified standards for rags, house towels, uniforms, etc. and is familiar with proper chemical usage.
• P rocess one hour pressing for guests
• S pot clean any garments.
• U tilize the tagging system in processing laundry and dry cleaning in the hotel
• R ead all clothing labels and instructions before processing any items
• R emove spots and stains from garments whenever possible.
• R eport any damaged garment to management.
• S team, presses, and touches up garments in a professional manner in accordance with Four Seasons standards.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position

This position is generally scheduled for morning shifts but may include evening shifts as well . Weekend and holiday availability required
