Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in Cypress, TX is hiring an entry-level Housekeeping Associate. You will learn and perform cleaning duties across multiple club areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety while serving as a friendly ambassador to members.

You may also be trained in additional areas such as Member Services, Café or Recovery + Spa, contributing to a fast-paced, energetic team environment. The role emphasizes service quality and flexibility with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment
• Housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus
• Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
• Five-star customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first
• Committed and flexible

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned club areas are sparkling clean, neat and uncluttered.
• Fully stocked, and safe, following Villa Sport standards and task checklists.
• Serve as service ambassadors to members.
• Possible assignment to locker rooms, laundry, exterior areas or general club housekeeping.
• Work across multiple club areas as needed (Member Services, Café, Recovery + Spa, Sports, Facilities)
