Job Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and storage/employee areas as directed by Housekeeping Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Makes beds according to standards.
• Dusts and cleans windows/mirrors.
• Vacuum and clean carpeted areas and behind furniture.
• Cleans bathrooms including floors, sinks, toilets, and bathtubs.
• Supplies rooms with amenities and linens.
• Ensures rooms are set up according to standards.
• Cleans and maintains workstation, including stocking with chemicals, linens, towels, and amenities.
• Fills out daily housekeeping logs.
• Updates checkout status via telephone as directed.
• Logs lost and found items properly.
• Greets guests courteously throughout the shift.
• Maintains and cleans all equipment used.
• Follows safety procedures, including Bloodborne Pathogens and PPE protocols, and reports safety concerns.
• Adheres to departmental and company policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, and brooms.
