Job Functions

1. Greet customers at the Valet Porte-Cochere, assist with luggage, park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
2. Engage with guests about services, promotions, and events across the properties.
3. Complete luggage tags and valet tickets accurately, inspect vehicles for prior damage.
4. Answer valet phone calls, respond to luggage room calls, and expedite car retrieval for high-tier players.
5. Assist beyond standard duties, such as driving shuttles, when needed.
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
7. Present a professional image and encourage team standards.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles safely.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Physical mobility to stand, walk, push, pull, carry up to 80 lbs., and perform physical tasks including stairs.
• Able to work in various environmental conditions and flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
