Job Functions:

1. Greet customers at the Valet Porte-Cochere, assist with luggage transportation, and park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring a seamless guest service experience.
2. Engage with guests about services across the property, including restaurants, entertainment, promotions, and events.
3. Complete luggage tags and valet tickets accurately, inspecting vehicles for damage.
4. Answer valet calls and respond to luggage room calls, providing expedited service for 7 Stars and Diamond guests.
5. Practice lateral service by assisting guests and co-workers outside normal job duties, such as driving shuttles when needed.
6. Follow company policies, procedures, industry regulations, and uphold department and business standards.
7. Present oneself professionally and encourage others to do the same.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a driving record meeting company standards.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles safely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently at times.
• Physical mobility to move around the property, including pushing, pulling, carrying up to 80 lbs., and performing physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including dust, smoke, noise, and temperature variations.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
