Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team of room attendants and ensure guest areas meet quality standards.

If you are detail-oriented, able to coach staff, and experienced in safety and OSHA guidelines, you will coordinate with other departments, schedule shifts, and maintain inventory for a high-standard property.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a housekeeping team preferred.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and biohazard handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of assigned area and ensure supplies available.
• Supervise, train, direct, and assist all team members.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper chemical usage.
• Monitor productivity and report to director of Housekeeping.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and meetings.
• Perform daily guest room inspections and maintain quality.
• Maintain PAR levels and ensure clean environments.
• Coordinate with other departments via Outlook and Teams.
