Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO seeks a detail‑oriented Room Attendant Lead to coordinate daily housekeeping tasks and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work under the Director of Housekeeping and communicate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams.

This role requires punctuality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, attendance, and essential duties while providing professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiarity with word processing, databases and spreadsheets (Excel) is essential.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping department duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily paperwork for all Housekeeping Associates.
• Communicate with Front Office and Engineering Departments.
• Communicate with the Laundry Department on linen deliveries.
• Organize Associate work duties and ensure Administrative tasks are completed.
• Provide professional, friendly service to all Guests and Associates.
• Communicate and prioritize the cleaning of rooms with Lead Room Attendants.
• Complete and provide the weekly schedule for housekeeping and maintain the off calendar.
• Act as primary contact for Hot-Sos for the department.
• Maintain and complete the weekly attendance book for all associates.
• Other duties as required.
