Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Missouri seeks a Room Attendant Coordinator to organize daily housekeeping tasks and support front desk and engineering teams. You will manage schedules, prioritize guest service, and ensure timely, accurate completion of Administrative duties.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, punctual, comfortable with Excel, and eager to learn while delivering friendly, professional service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with word processing, databases and Excel.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily paperwork for all Housekeeping Associates.
• Coordinate and organize associate work duties and schedules.
• Communicate with Front Office, Engineering and Laundry departments.
• Provide professional, friendly service to guests and associates.
• Maintain weekly attendance and off calendar; complete weekly scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for Hot-Sos in the department.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and ensure accurate records.
