Leisure Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dependable Lodge Housekeeping Rooms Manager to lead our housekeeping department at the lodge, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests.

This hands-on leadership role combines operational duties with daily cleaning tasks, managing a small team across 11 rooms, and coordinating with other lodge departments to deliver high standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks with stamina.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for the lodge, ensuring rooms and common areas meet high standards
• Lead, motivate, and support housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for timely service
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other lodge departments to coordinate guest services and requests
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping professionally
