Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher/Site Office Staff member to support Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest interaction, and a strong service mindset in a professional office environment.

You will handle calls, coordinate tasks, and help manage inventory and guest needs while maintaining accurate records and a sense of urgency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates by written and verbal means.
• Proven experience with operations of office equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong planning, scheduling and time-management skills.
• Excellent decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
• Comfort reading, writing and performing basic math tasks.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls.
• Delegate tasks between employees to balance workload.
• Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage.
• File daily paperwork and maintain organized records.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure timely unit turnover.
• Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed.
• Help resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Make guest deliveries as directed by supervisors.
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed.
