Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. in Gatlinburg, TN, is seeking a Dispatcher/Site Office Staff to support supervisors and housekeepers, coordinate phone and radio communications, and ensure timely unit turnover.

You will handle guest inquiries, record lost and found items, file paperwork, assist with linen inventories, and help resolve guest issues promptly. Weekend and holiday availability is required to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience communicating effectively with guests, site staff, and associates by written and verbal means.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to read, write and do basic math.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls.
• Delegate tasks between employees equally.
• Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage.
• File daily paperwork.
• Maintain a sense of urgency so units are turned on time.
• Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Make guest deliveries as directed.
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed.
