Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher/Site Office Staff in Sedona, AZ to support supervisors and housekeeping teams, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

You will handle phone and radio communications, delegate tasks, manage records, and assist guests and resort clients. This full-time role offers immediate hire and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview:

Responsible for assisting and supporting the Supervisors and Housekeepers in meeting quality and timeliness standards. A dispatcher must ensure he or she follows the company mission statement and values.

Essential Functions:

Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven planning and scheduling capabilities
• Ability to read, write and do basic math
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, copiers, faxes, and filing cabinets. This position will also work in an operations environment with odors and/or dust as well as cleaning and laundry chemicals. The Dispatcher/Site Office Staff is not limited to the above-mentioned job description and may be requested to do additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management.

Physical Requirements:

This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
