MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher to support Supervisors and Housekeepers, ensuring quality and timely service delivery in a hospitality-focused environment. You will coordinate communications, delegate tasks, and help resolve guest issues while adhering to company values and standards.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office and operations setting. Evening/weekend shifts and opportunity for growth are available as part of our benefits

Qualifications

• Proven experience communicating effectively with guests and site staff by written and verbal means.
• Proven experience with operation of standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and coordinate all phone and radio calls.
• Delegate tasks between employees equally.
• Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage.
• File daily paperwork.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time.
• Assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed.
• Assist resort guests and owners as needed.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
