Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Room Attendant Driver to operate a company vehicle, transport clean linen to the resort, and pick up dirty laundry for laundering. The role involves assisting guests, handling basic cleaning-related tasks, and supporting sister properties with linen logistics.

The position requires lifting up to 75 pounds, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This is a full-time on-site role at our Missouri resort with a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Missouri Driver's License that will clear an MVR check
  • Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position
  • Ongoing verification of driving eligibility will be conducted to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver clean linen to the resort and pick up dirty laundry
  • Deliver laundry to the laundry facility and collect items for return
  • Pick up trash from guest rooms and transport to the dumpster
  • Respond to guest calls and supply requested items such as cribs or rollaways
  • Coordinate pick-up of clean and dirty linens with sister properties
  • Contribute to other duties as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY

The Room Attendant Driver is responsible for driving a company vehicle, taking clean linen out onto the resort as well as picking up dirty laundry and delivering to the laundry. Miscellaneous tasks such as picking up trash from guest room and taking them to the dumpster may also be required. Be able to lift, carry, push, pull laundry/laundry carts, etc. Able to lift 75 pounds.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • 50% Responsible for driving a company vehicle taking clean linen out onto the resort as well as picking up dirty laundry and delivering to the laundry.
  • 20% Picking up trash from our guest rooms and taking to the dumpster.
  • 15% Responding to guests calls and supplying them with their requested needs, such as cribs, rollaway, etc.
  • 10% Responsible for the pick-up of clean linens and pick up dirty linens to and from our sister properties
  • 5% Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Certificate(s) or License(s): Valid Missouri Drivers License, that will clear an MVR check.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this position.
