Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a housekeeping supervisor in Alhambra, CA. You will coordinate staff, schedule cleans of offices, public areas, residences, and grounds, and conduct regular inspections to ensure high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in supervision and scheduling is required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules for offices, public areas, residences, and grounds.
• Plans and schedules cleaning programs including annuals and move-in preparations.
• Monitors inventory levels and orders equipment and supplies.
• Trains staff on safety and proper chemical handling per OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Ensures safe working environment and adherence to safety standards.
