Job summary

PACS is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to coordinate cleaning across offices, public areas, residences, and community grounds. You will supervise staff, plan schedules, conduct inspections, and ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals in compliance with applicable rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training.
• Experience with supervision and scheduling is required.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates staffing schedules.
• Plans and schedules cleaning programs including annuals and move-ins.
• Monitors inventory, orders supplies, and ensures safe handling and storage.
• Assists in training sessions and department meetings.
• Ensures safety standards compliance with MSDS, OSHA, EPA requirements.
• Assists with cleaning duties as needed across areas.
• May assist with budget monitoring and resident charges.
• Maintains safe work environment and preserves equipment.
