Job summary

Alhambra Post Acute is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our environmental services team in a healthcare setting. You will manage daily staffing, supervise staff, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

• At least 1 year in housekeeping or environmental services.
• One year supervisory or scheduling experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff while coordinating daily staffing schedules.
• Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and facility grounds.
• Plan and oversee cleaning schedules, deep-clean projects, floor care programs, carpet cleaning, and move-in preparations.
• Order, monitor, and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory.
• Train and coach housekeeping team members on proper cleaning practices and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, MSDS, and other applicable safety standards.
• Assist with daily housekeeping duties as needed, including cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, floors, kitchens, and common areas.
• Support departmental budgeting and expense management.
• Prepare housekeeping-related billing and resident service charges when applicable.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and exceptional customer service
