Job summary

The Cordish Companies are seeking a conscientious Housekeeper to provide superior service to guests and staff. This role focuses on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across facilities, ensuring floors, restrooms, and common areas are well-kept and safe.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, restocking, and supporting housekeeping leadership. Occasional after-hours work and coordination with outside services may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year's experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written format and oral presentations.

Responsibilities

• Clean floors, windows, walls, stairs and elevators.
• Vacuum all floors.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms.
• Mop floors around bars, restrooms, and entrance.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Coordinate outside services (e.g., Pest Control, Window Cleaning, Waste management).
• Assist supervisor with employees’ needs.
• Maintain elevated level of housekeeping and care of assets.
