Job summary

POWDR Mountain, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping and Condo Maintenance department. You will ensure cleaning quality, coordinate with independent contractors, and uphold resort standards for rental condos and houses.

The role involves monitoring contractor performance, reporting, and assisting guests and owners with special requests while maintaining positive relationships across departments.

Qualifications

• Must lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (basic physical requirement).
• Background check will be conducted after offer per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and ensure contractors meet terms; report discrepancies weekly.
• Coordinate contractor work with company needs and manage contract compliance.
• Conduct ongoing cleanliness assessments and plan improvements.
• Distribute reports and designate project scope for contractors.
• Assist guests and owners with special requests and maintain positive relationships.
• Liaise between guests, Front Desk, Rental Owner Services, Maintenance and Housekeeping.
