Liquid Life Vacation Rentals is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to serve as the communication hub for the department, coordinating with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Runners, Maintenance, Guest Services, and Operations to ensure properties are guest-ready.

The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards, effective problem solving, and supporting leadership with reporting and process improvements. Regular full-time schedule with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping assignments in Breezeway.
• Monitor quality trends and identify efficiency improvements.
• Communicate department updates and priorities clearly.
• Monitor employee communication through Akia and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Guest Services and others to coordinate daily priorities.
• Oversee workload distribution and delegations to maximize productivity.
