Job summary

POWDR-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to support daily operations of the Housekeeping and Condo Maintenance department. You will oversee cleaning quality and ensure resort standards are met with independent contractors managing rental condos and houses.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and adherence to contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• A criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted.
• Valid US Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and ensure independent contractors meet terms and report discrepancies weekly.
• Coordinate contractor work with company needs and conduct cleanliness assessments.
• Distribute reports and designate project scope for contractors.
• Assist guests and owners with special requests.
• Establish positive relationships with guests and owners.
