Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Buffet Busser to support dining operations and guest service in our premium resort.

You will prepare dining rooms, set tables, restock condiments, assist wait staff, and help keep high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across shifts.

This full-time role pays $16.00/hour + tips; plus benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid time off, and transportation subsidies.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses and replenishing utensils.
• Supports wait staff by setting-up condiment stands and replenishing supplies.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning and tidying chairs/tables and taking out trash.
