Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Housekeeping House Attendant to clean public hotel areas, stock linen rooms, and assist Housekeepers. You will handle guest requests and help move heavy items, supporting overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining corridors, fixtures, and linen inventories, reporting defects, and assisting with rooms as needed. A flexible schedule and reliable attendance are essential for this role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Ensures mirrors, furniture, floors and fixtures are clean and mark-free.
• Maintains service areas: landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms.
• Moves linen racks and stocks storage rooms with supplies.
• Picks up and delivers guest request items promptly.
• Stock linen closets and armoires; manage linen inventory.
• Cleans bathrooms; removes linen and trash from rooms.
• Reports defects in rooms and throughout the hotel.
• Assists Housekeepers; helps move furniture and turns mattresses.
• Understands property amenities; assists guests as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
