Job summary

Bn-Management-Co- is seeking a Hotel Houseman to support the housekeeping department by maintaining guest areas and back-of-house spaces to brand standards. You will assist room attendants, handle linens and supplies, and respond to guest requests with professionalism.

The role requires reliable attendance, teamwork, and a keen eye for cleanliness. Duties include delivering items, reporting maintenance issues, and upholding safety procedures in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants with daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms.
• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping areas.
• Collect and transport dirty linens, towels, and other housekeeping materials.
• Maintain linen closets, housekeeping closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests and hotel staff.
• Assist with cleaning projects, inspections, and hotel events as assigned.
