Soho House & Co. is seeking a Housekeeping House Attendant to clean public areas, stock linen rooms, and assist Housekeepers with moving heavy items around the hotel.

You will respond to guest requests promptly, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and support daily operations in a fast-paced, luxury hotel setting. This on-site, full-time role offers extensive employee benefits and opportunities for development within the Soho House network.

Qualificações

• Basic verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance

Responsabilidades

• Keeps all guest corridors neat, vacuumed and dusted.
• Ensures mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free.
• Maintains service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms.
• Moves linen racks to guest room floors and restocks storage areas.
• Picks up and delivers guest items on time (irons, ironing boards, cribs, roll-away).
• Stocks linen storage closets and armoires.
• Removes linen and trash from rooms; cleans bathrooms.
• Reports defects in guest rooms or throughout the hotel.
• Assists Housekeepers, moves beds and furniture, turns mattresses and handles drapes and high dusting.
• Understands property amenities and assists guests as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
