Job summary

Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public areas. Set to open in Spring 2026, the resort offers a unique castle-inspired destination with Midwestern hospitality.

You will follow established cleaning procedures, ensure a welcoming and sanitary environment, and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, suites, lobbies, hallways, lounges, restrooms, and stairways according to standards and safety procedures.
• Make beds, replace linens, and restock towels and guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, sanitize, vacuum, and polish floors and furniture.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for amenities and miscellaneous items in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow property procedures for safety, security, and sanitation policies.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

This role ensures a welcoming, sanitary, and safe environment for guests by following established cleaning procedures and resort standards.
