Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Server for Dawn Manor | Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. You will provide full-service dining, greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high standards of service.

This pre-opening property offers growth opportunities in a dynamic team, with competitive pay and benefits. Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage and Food Safety certifications required within 30 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred in upscale or high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food, beverage and service standards preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods
• Enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
• Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow
• Participating in side work, opening, and closing duties
• Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
