Job summary

Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, opens Spring 2026 in Wisconsin Dells, offering a world-class dining experience. As a server in our off-site restaurant, you will deliver attentive, personalized service in a high-volume environment and help set the standard for hospitality at a pre-opening property.

You’ll enter orders in our POS system, know menus and allergens, uphold safety guidelines, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction while earning

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills are valued.
• Wisconsin Alcohol Certification and Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and presenting checks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery; maintain section cleanliness.
