Job summary

Callaway Resort & Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA seeks a friendly valet attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide professional parking services. You will support resort departments as needed, maintain a clean arrival area, and deliver exceptional guest service at all times.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a valid license, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid, clean driver's license.
• Previous hotel, resort, valet, bell service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.
• Must be personable, professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the team.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage.
• Provide professional and efficient valet parking services.
• Assist guests with directions, resort information, and general questions.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented presence at all times.
• Handle guest vehicles and personal belongings with care and professionalism.
• Support the Lodge & Spa and other resort departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized arrival and valet area.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and help create a positive first and last impression of the resort.
