Wesley Willows Corporation in Rockton, IL is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain clean apartments, suites and common areas. This full-time day shift runs 6:00am-2:30pm, with rotating weekends and holidays, and offers credit for experience in a supportive team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, and strong verbal and written communication. Prior cleaning experience is welcomed but not required, with training provided to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned apartments, suites, or homes and support housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow work schedules and clean resident rooms without disturbing personal items.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and safely use cleaning chemicals.
• Communicate effectively with residents and proactively solve problems.
• Assist the laundry department and perform other tasks as assigned by housekeeping leadership.
